Treatment of Sculptures and Painted Objects

The lab’s services also encompass the conservation of sculptures and a wide range of painted objects, such as furniture, clocks, and frames. Treatments are often more time consuming than one might initially suspect, as a two- or three-dimensional artwork has a much larger surface than a traditional painting does. Therefore, the initial examination has a pivotal role, providing the client with an assessment report, precise scope of work, and cost estimate.
